Signs of the enemy preparing to escalate combat operations have been recorded in the sector of the 7th Rapid Response Air Assault Corps. According to available information, Russian forces are planning to intensify their offensive in early spring. Over the past several months, the enemy has deliberately accumulated resources for further operations.
Currently, the enemy is concentrating its main efforts on advancing toward Hryshyne, located northwest of Pokrovsk. Fighting is ongoing in the eastern part of the settlement.
Russian forces are attempting to pressure Ukrainian defenders and push further into the central part of Hryshyne while simultaneously attacking from the north and the south.
The enemy also continues attempts to fully seize Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad. However, Ukrainian troops are holding designated positions on the northern outskirts of both towns.
Overall, in February Ukrainian forces eliminated and wounded more than 1,000 Russian troops. They also destroyed or damaged 38 artillery pieces and mortars, 4 armored vehicles, 84 vehicles and motorcycles, and 5 ground robotic systems.
The video shows airstrikes on concentrations of enemy personnel in Pokrovsk carried out by Ukraine’s Defense Forces over the past several days.
