FAQ Everything you need to know about the corps, service and combat operations
It is a new combat unit of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Our motto is “Always one step ahead”. It also highlights our course of action: we, the paratroopers, are the first to strike and the last to retreat.
The commander of the corps is Brigadier General Ievhen Lasiychuk. He is a young and combat-ready officer who has been fighting in the Russo-Ukrainian war since 2014. He started his military career, like each of you, from the very beginning.
In combat, we rely on the use of technology: automated combat systems, IT solutions, and drones as separate combat units.
There are not many. Age – up to 60 years old, sufficient level of health and physical fitness.
Preferred – knowledge of English and Ukrainian, passion for piloting drones, repairing equipment, and being drawn to fire and speed.
From 3 to 5 years.
The probation period is two months.
Yes, but only after six months of continuous military service.
It depends on the position, conditions, and area of work.
Upon signing the contract, you will receive a one-time payment of 24-27,000 UAH, depending on the position.
The monthly salary starts from 20,000 UAH, plus additional payments for combat, special missions, years of service, and risk.
Earning over 100,000 UAH per month is not uncommon.
Our brigades accept both newcomers and those with combat experience. If you are fit, we will train you. If you are not fit, we will help you become so.

After completing all the bureaucratic procedures, you will undergo training and be sent on combat missions.
You must have your passport or ID card. If you have a driver’s license, bring it as well.
If you have your own equipment, bring it; if not, we will provide it.
