For over a month, the Drone Coordination Center has been operating at the base of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces. It brings together units from different branches of the armed forces carrying out tasks in the defensive zone of the corps. These include the Air Assault Forces (UA Air Assault Forces), the Ukrainian Ground Forces, the Armed Forces Drone Units, the Ukrainian Navy, and the National Guard of Ukraine.
The creation of the center is a response to the realities of modern warfare, where the drone component plays a key role. The joint work of crews, analysts, and operators allows for faster target detection, increased UAV strike accuracy, and reduced casualties among Ukrainian personnel.
The coordination center ensures unified operational standards, constant data exchange, and joint analysis. This allows the full potential of drone systems to be used effectively for all units defending the Pokrovsk area.
Thanks to the center’s operations since the beginning of 2026, 518 enemy troops have been killed or wounded.
Also destroyed or damaged:
– 5 armored vehicles
– 45 trucks and light vehicles
– 46 ATVs and motorcycles
– 3 ground robotic systems
– 548 engineering and fortification objects
