Unable to establish full control over Pokrovsk, the enemy is intensifying pressure on Myrnohrad. For the occupiers, capturing this settlement is crucial for further advance along the axis.
To achieve this goal, the enemy has concentrated around ten units in the Myrnohrad area.
To contain the enemy, Myrnohrad’s defenses have been reinforced with additional forces and assets.
In particular, logistical “corridors” to the western part of Myrnohrad have been strengthened by new units. This helps sustain the supply of Ukrainian units operating in this direction.
Units of the 38th Separate Marine Brigade and the 79th Air Assault Brigade are working to detect and eliminate the enemy within Myrnohrad and on its outskirts. The focus is on areas where the enemy is most actively attempting to penetrate the city.
Since the beginning of December, marines and paratroopers have eliminated and put out of action 207 occupiers in the Myrnohrad area. Ukrainian forces have also destroyed or damaged 1 tank, 3 armored combat vehicles, 1 artillery piece, 1 Grad MLRS, 6 vehicles, and 34 UAVs of various types.
The video shows the elimination of groups of Russian occupiers in the Myrnohrad area by units of the 38th Marine Brigade and the 79th Air Assault Brigade.
