Recently, an enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group managed to infiltrate the center of Pokrovsk.
During their advance, the russians, unfortunately, violated international humanitarian law and killed several civilians in the city. The incident took place near the railway station.
A joint strike-and-search group of the Defense Forces located the enemy and eliminated the occupiers, who were hiding inside one of the station buildings.
Currently, the defense of Pokrovsk has been reinforced with additional personnel and resources. Special units are continuously screening potential infiltration points and intensifying city patrols.
Over the past two days, Ukrainian troops have eliminated 14 russian soldiers who managed to enter Pokrovsk.
We urge civilians who remain in Pokrovsk to avoid unnecessary movement around the city.
In the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Response Corps, AAF, the situation remains tense. The enemy is trying to expand the “grey zone” around Pokrovsk. The occupiers are attempting to infiltrate the city from several directions.
The video shows the destruction of russian sabotage groups inside one of the railway station buildings, in other parts of the city, and on the approaches to Pokrovsk. As previously reported, the enemy has significantly increased the number of KAB strikes targeting our logistics with the use of tactical aviation. On 12 October, the Russians dropped 76 guided aerial bombs on the Pokrovsk agglomeration. Last week, the occupiers again increased the number of KAB strikes across the entire area of the agglomeration – 372 bombs from 13-19 October, compared to 220 bombs from 6-12 October.
