The event was held at the Maroon Hub of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces under the leadership of Colonel Ihor Donchenko, Head of the Medical Service of the Air Assault Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Colonel Oleksandr Falshtynskyi, Head of the Medical Service of the 7th Air Assault Corps, focused in detail on the practical aspects of coordination between different levels of medical support and on improving the effectiveness of medical services in the conditions of modern warfare.

Serhii Nozdrachov, Adjunct Professor at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, delivered a lecture to the medical officers titled “Management: Process, Principles, Tools.” The lecture focused on management competencies and building effective teamwork, taking into account the specific challenges faced by military medical services.

The participants exchanged experience, examined the typical challenges facing military medicine in the realities of high-tech warfare, and heard presentations from colleagues and guests from the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Defence. They also discussed a prospective organizational and staffing structure for the medical units of military formations.

The next step is to further improve the medical support system and bring every aspect of care closer to service members — from stabilization points to mobile dental clinics.
