Ukrainian Defense Forces halt a large-scale enemy offensive in the Pokrovsk agglomeration
On the approaches to Hryshyne, the enemy launched an assault using motorcycles, attempting to quickly enter the settlement. The attack was repelled by units of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade and the 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The enemy suffered losses and was stopped by Ukrainian forces on the approaches to Hryshyne.
At the same time, in the Myrnohrad area, the occupiers operated using motor vehicles, attempting to develop their offensive and break through toward Rodynske. The threat was eliminated through the coordination of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces and the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “AZOV”. In particular, the 79th Separate Air Assault Tavriia Brigade and the “Chervona Kalyna” 14th Brigade of the National Guard engaged the enemy.
Overall, during the repulsion of the two attacks, Ukrainian defenders destroyed about 50 occupiers, more than 10 motorcycles, and 2 units of enemy vehicles.
