In northern Pokrovsk, the enemy attempted to assault positions held by units of the 25th Separate Sicheslav Airborne Brigade of the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces.
During the attack, over 20 enemy infantry tried to exploit poor weather conditions to move and advance undetected. However, Sicheslav paratroopers detected them in time and delivered a fierce response.
Thanks to coordinated actions, Ukrainian paratroopers inflicted heavy fire damage on the enemy. The assault group lost the ability to continue advancing and was forced to hide in private buildings and basements. Following additional reconnaissance, the Sicheslav paratroopers eliminated the enemy.
