The enemy has intensified assault operations within the area of responsibility of the 7th Rapid Response Corps, AAF, and is attempting to block logistical routes.
Infiltration—small-group penetration while avoiding Ukrainian forward positions—has become the dominant enemy tactic in our sector.
Recently, a group of occupiers managed to slip into one of the settlements of the Pokrovsk agglomeration. As a result of response measures, Ukrainian soldiers eliminated the Russians. There is no threat of enemy buildup in that settlement.
At the same time, the enemy conducts round-the-clock reconnaissance and maintains a high intensity of UAV use against our positions. Up to 600 enemy FPV and strike drones are recorded daily.
Understanding the enemy’s logic, the command of the 7th Rapid Response Corps, AAF, acts in accordance with the evolving situation and with due regard to available forces and assets.
Our units employ all available means. In particular, they remotely mine likely enemy avenues of approach, deploy fire teams, and cover threatened directions with UAV crews. When necessary, additional engineering obstacles are established.
Pokrovsk’s defenders systematically destroy enemy UAVs using drones and strike fixed-wing platforms.
All our actions are aimed not only at halting enemy advances but also at preserving the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.
