Participants discussed challenges and solutions in combat training, maintaining soldiers’ skill levels, implementing After Action Review (AAR) at lower levels, summarizing combat experience, and integrating veterans into personnel training.
Following the meeting, plans for combat and other types of training within the units were prepared for September 2025.
As emphasized by Senior Sergeant Vitalii Piskun, daily training of NCOs and enlisted personnel remains under the commander’s direct supervision.
“Training and professionalism of our personnel is our priority. Modern warfare requires NCOs to master not only classical military skills but also new technologies, drones, communications, and information systems. This is what makes our units flexible and effective,” he noted.
